Self Acceptance & You @ St. Albert Botanic Park

Learning how to love yourself begins with discovering how to accept who you are and who God created you to be. In order to do this you have to stop feeling dissatisfied with all the things you are NOT and start to learn about all the things you ARE! This is a process and it is a wonderful, liberating journey. Learn some practical things you can do every day to help you being to fall in love with you.

Kaleo is a Christain charity that always provides prayer after the speaker is finished, for anyone who would like to stay for that offering. Not mandatory. No judgement.
